Memiliki kulit yang iritasi memang cukup membuatku sedih belakangan ini, karna jujur aku sendiri merasa kurang percaya diri dengan kemerahan pada kulitku. Aku sendiri masih mencari skincare yang bisa meredakan kulitku yang iritasi dengan mencari skincare yang gentle dan tidak membuat kulitku perih. Nah belakangan ini aku mencoba SNP Prep Cicaronic yang katanya cocok untuk kulit sensitif. Aku juga penasaran karna produk ini mengandung ekstrak Centella Asiatica dan Hyraluronic Acid yang cocok untuk masalah kulitku. I am personally searching for skincare that helps calm down the irritation, and a gentle skincare that won't hurt my skin. In the past week, I've been trying SNP Prep Cicaronic that claims to be suitable for sensitive skin. I'm curious because it contains Centella Asiatica Extract and Hyaluronic Acid that suits my skin problems now. So here’s my review on SNP Prep Cicaronic for sensitive and irritated skin. SNP Prep mengandung beberapa lapisan Hyaluronic Acid untuk melembapkan kulit, dengan bahan aktif utama seperti Peptides (Peptaronic), Centella Asiatica (Cicaronic) dan juga Vitamin (Vitaronic). Nah untuk Prep Cicaronic mengandung bahan utama ekstrak Centella Asiatica (Cica Trio), makanya namanya Cicaronic = Cica + Hyaluronic Acid. Nah series Cicaronic ini sangat cocok untuk kulit yang bermasalah dan sensitif karna Centella Asiatica sendiri berfungsi untuk memperbaiki, dan menenangkan kulit. 

SNP Prep is enriched with multiple layers of Hyaluronic Acid to moisturize the skin and contains key active ingredients such as Peptides (Peptaronic), Centella Asiatica (Cicaronic), and Vitamin (Vitaronic). SNP Prep Cicatonic contains Centella Asiatica Extract, that's why it's called Cicaronic = Cica + Hyaluronic Acid. SNP Prep Cicaronic Cleansing Foam

Pertama, gunakan cleanser sebelum menggunakan skincare lainnya. Prep Cicaronic Cleansing Foam ini berfungsi untuk membersihkan serta melembapkan dan menenangkan wajah tanpa membuat kulit menjadi kering / ketarik. Tentunya dengan triple care yaitu Soothing, Moisturizing dan Deep Cleansing.

First, I start using the facial wash as the first step in my skincare regimen. Prep Cicaronic Cleansing Foam helps to cleanse, moisturizing and soothe irritated skin without stripping away essential moisture. It gives triple care which are Soothing, Moisturizing and Deep Cleansing.

Produk ini tidak mengandung SLS or SLES sebagai bahan pembersih, tapi menggunakan Cocamidopropyl Betaine yang lebih gentle untuk kulit. Selain Cica dan Hyaluronic Acid, produk ini juga menggunakan bahan yang berfungsi untuk menenangkan kulit seperti lavender dan bahan yang mencerahkan kulit seperti rosemary, juga ekstrak cacao juga membantu melembapkan kulit.

Instead of SLS or SLES, this product contains Cocamidopropyl Betaine as their cleansing agent that is gentler on the skin. Besides Cica and Hyaluronic Acid, this cleanser also has Lavender to soothe the skin, Rosemary to brighten the skin, and Cacao Extract that also helps to moisturize the skin.

Kemasan produknya berbentuk tube dan mudah untuk dipencet, terdapat informasi mengenai produk seperti kemasan boxnya. Meskipun terlihat besar, menurutku kemasannya cukup mudah untuk dibawa kemana-mana. Untuk teksturnya menurutku cukup mudah untuk dibusakan dan busanya sendiri cukup lembut. Wanginya gabungan antara fresh dan floral, mungkin karna bahan-bahannya juga terdiri dari berbagai bunga.

The tube comes in an easy to squeeze package and you can also find detailed information about the product (same as the box) on the back. Although it looks quite big, I think it's easy to carry everywhere. The texture is like a mild and creamy foam, and the smell is good, like a combination of fresh and floral, maybe because it was made from flower extracts.

How to Use

Apply a sufficient amount of cleanser onto the hands, work between your hands, and apply to the face. Massage into your skin gently and rinse with water.

Awalnya aku agak sedikit skeptis karna produk ini membuat cukup banyak busa, sehingga aku takut akan terasa perih di kulit. Namun ternyata aku salah, menurutku cleanser ini gentle dan ringan banget karna tidak terasa perih di kulitku yang sensitif. Bilasnya juga sangat mudah, kulit jadi terasa bersih banget. Namun di bagian hidungku yang cenderung sangat kering memang agak sedikit ada rasa ketarik, tapi hanya di bagian itu saja ya. Bagian kulitku yang lain sama sekali ga terasa apa-apa hehe.

I felt a little bit skeptical at first because it made a lot of bubbles in the beginning, I was afraid it would hurt my sensitive skin, but I was wrong. I think this cleanser is very gentle and mild because it didn't make my skin feel irritated at all. It's easy to rinse off and it makes my skin feel very clean. But, the part of my nose which tends to be very dry does feel tight sometimes after cleansing. Other than that, It's good!

Setelah menggunakan cleanser, aku menggunakan toner. Aku menggunakan SNP Prep Cicaronic Toning Essence yang berfungsi untuk menjaga vitalitas dan kelembapan pada kulit wajah. Toner ini memberikan kelembapan dengan formula yang ringan dan menenangkan kulit senstif sekaligus menjaga keseimbangan kulit.  Triple Care = Repairing, Hydrating dan Mild.

After using the Cicaronic Facial Wash, I used the SNP Prep Cicaronic Toning Essence that helps to maintain vitality and hydrate the skin. If you see the ingredients list, Cicaronic Toning Essence has similar ingredients with the Cicaronic Facial Cleanser. There are Trio Cica, Hyaluronic Acid, Lavender, Rosemary, Strawberry, etc.

Kemasan produknya berbentuk botol plastik dan agak besar. Terdapat informasi mengenai produk seperti kemasan boxnya. Untuk teksturnya sendiri toner ini cukup cair namun memang terasa lembab saat diaplikasikan. Wanginya sangat mirip dengan cleanser yaitu gabungan antara fresh dan floral, mungkin karna bahan-bahannya juga mirip.

The texture is a little bit watery but it’s very hydrating when you apply on the skin. It smells fresh and floral like the cleanser, maybe because the ingredients are similar too.

Cara Pakai

Teteskan toner secukupnya pada telapak tangan, ratakan toner ke seluruh wajah (bisa juga menggunakan kapas tipis). Tepuk-tepuk toner pada wajah agar terserap maksimal.

How to Use

After Cleansing, squeeze an appropriate amount on to your hands or cotton pads and pat onto the skin.

Seperti yang ku bilang, tekstur toner ini meskipun cair, terasa sangat lembab di kulit. Produk ini cepat meresap dan cukup menenangkan kulit. Untuk bagian kulit hidungku yang iritasi, memang ada sedikit rasa perih namun hanya sebentar dan tidak menganggu. Tapi aku suka banget hasilnya yang lembab dan bikin kulit jadi glowing dan terlihat sehat. Tidak terasa lengket  sama sekali.

As I said before, the toner has a very liquid texture, but it still feels hydrating. It absorbs and soothes my skin very quickly. For irritated skin areas such as my nose, it's a little bit sore at first, but it didn't last long. I love the results, it makes my skin hydrated, glowing and looks healthy. It doesn't feel sticky too.

SNP Prep Cicaronic Daily Mask (25 ml)

Aku biasanya menggunakan sheet mask setelah toner, karna teksturnya seperti serum. Masker ini berfungsi untuk melembapkan dengan Cica Trio dan 3 lapis Hyaluronic Acid untuk memulihkan kulit yang sensitif dan teriritasi.

I usually use a sheet mask after I use a toner because the texture is like a serum. This sheet mask provides full hydration with Cica Trio and 3 layers of Hyaluronic Acid to restore and repair sensitive or irritated skin.

Cara Pakai

Buka masker dan rapikan pada wajah. Gunakan masker 10-20 menit kemudian tepuk-tepuk sisa essence hingga meresap sempurna.

How to use

Evenly apply the mask aligning with the eyes and lips. Remove after 10 - 20 min. Gently massage and pat in remaining essence.

Menurutku masker ini cukup tipis dan essencenya juga banyak (25 ml), sehingga masker ini menempel dengan cukup baik. Bentuknya sendiri menurutku cukup pas namun memang agak sedikit lebar untukku. Wanginya yang soft juga sangat menenangkan saat menggunakan masker ini. Yang paling aku suka, masker ini sama sekali tidak terasa perih di kulitku yang sensitif. Kulitku yang kemerahan biasanya akan lebih calm setelah menggunakan masker ini, I really love it ! Essencenya juga tidak lengket di kulit. Benar-benar lembab dan sehat.

For me, even though the mask is thin, it contains a lot of essence (25 ml), so the sheet mask sticks on my face perfectly. I guess the shape fits to Asian faces but it's a little bit too big for me (but it's okay). The smell can be described as soft and it’s very relaxing. I really love how gentle it is on my skin, it doesn’t irritate my skin at all, and the redness on my skin calmed down after I used this mask. It's not greasy or sticky too! My skin feels hydrated, and glows instantly.

Terakhir, jangan lupa pelembap ya. Aku menggunakan SNP Prep Cicaronic Soothing Cream yang bertekstur lembut dan diformulasikan untuk melembapkan juga menenangkan kulit yang sensitif. Last but not the least, don't forget to use moisturizer. I use SNP Prep Cicaronic Soothing Cream that leaves a soft texture when applied to the skin. If you see the ingredients list, Cicaronic Soothing Cream has similar ingredients with the cleanser and toner, but the fragrance here is listed in the middle of the ingredients list. This means that the cream contains a lot more fragrance than the cleanser and toner.

Kemasannya berbentuk tube dan cukup kecil sehingga mudah untuk dibawa-bawa. Terdapat informasi mengenai produk seperti kemasan boxnya. Untuk teksturnya sendiri krim ini terlihat tebal namun menurutku cukup mudah untuk dibaurkan dan tidak lengket. Wanginya sangat mirip dengan cleanser dan toner yang fresh dan floral.

Menurutku produk ini bekerja sesuai klaimnya yaitu melembapkan kulit yang kering, karna kulitku yang cenderung kering memang jadi terasa lembab saat menggunakan produk ini. Teksturnya sangat lembut dan mudah untuk diaplikasikan. Untuk kulitku yang iritasi, ada sedikit rasa perih namun tidak berlangsung lama. Meskipun begitu, aku suka hasilnya yang dapat meredakan kemerahan pada kulitku. Aku juga selalu mengaplikasikan pelembap ini saat aku merasa hidungku kering dan pelembap ini bekerja cukup baik.

I think this moisturizer works as it claims, it's actually moisturizing to dry skin because my skin feels moisturized every time i used this. The texture is soft and easy to apply. For irritated spots on my skin, sometimes it feels a little bit irritating, but it didn't last long. Besides that, I love how it soothes any redness on my skin. I always apply this moisturizer when I feel my skin is dry, and it works really well.

Setelah pemakaian SNP Prep Cicaronic Cleanser, Toner, Masker dan Cream dalam seminggu, kulitku jadi lebih lembab, terlihat glowing dan sehat. Kulitku juga sedikit terlihat lebih cerah hehe. Oh ya, meskipun terasa lembab, produk ini tidak terasa lengket atau greasy di kulit. Overall, menurutku produk ini cocok untuk kulit sensitif karna tidak memperparah kulitku yang sedang iritasi. Cleanser dan sheet masknya tidak memberikan efek perih pada kulitku. Toner dan creamnya juga berfungsi sangat baik untuk melembapkan dan mengurangi kemerahan pada kulitku yang iritasi. Aku juga tidak merasa kulitku jadi berminyak. Jadi, menurutku produk ini bisa digunakan untuk semua jenis kulit. Worth a try sih hehe.

After using SNP Prep Cicaronic Cleanser, Toner, Sheet Mask, and Cream in one week, my skin feels so hydrated and it looks glowing and healthy. It also looks a little bit brighter than before. Although it feels moisturizing, it doesn't feel sticky or greasy on my skin. Overall, I think it is suitable for sensitive skin because it doesn't make my skin more irritated. The cleanser and sheet mask doesn't make my skin sore. The toner and cream really works to moisturize and reduce the redness on my irritated skin.  It doesn't make my skin oily, so I guess it's suitable for any skin type too. It's worth a try.
